If you're a fan of Ottawa artist (and frequent OttawaStart contributor) Andrew King, you'll want to check out his guest appearance at Centrepointe Theatre next week with Crush Improv. He'll be the special guest for this month's edition of the Spotlight On... series at the Centrepointe Studio Theatre on November 14 at 8pm (tickets).
From a press release about the show:
This November Crush Improv brings you Spotlight On... This hilarious evening started as an Ottawa Fringe Festival show and garnered Crush the Best Ensemble Award in 2010. Spotlight On... has been a staple of the Crush repertoire ever since. It was featured at the Gladstone Theatre in 2012/2013.
For each performance, a new celebrity guest tells real life stories inspired by members of the audience. Inspired by those stories, the cast performs unscripted comedic scenes. This month's special guest is Andrew King.
