Taboo Eats is a pop-up dining event in the Ottawa Jail Hostel parking lot on September 29 from 6pm-10pm. Graze the night away sampling from Ottawa’s "non-chefs" who will cook up a variety of ethnically diverse street-food style plates guaranteeing "tastebud overload". A $10 ticket gets you into the event, where various food and beverage stations will offer items for under $10 so bring some cash for grazing. You can also cast your vote for Ottawa's best "non-chef".
OttawaStart has four pairs of tickets to give away, with each pair valued at $20. (The tickets get you admission into the event, but don't cover any of the food/beverage for sale.)
Some rules: One entry per person. Must be 19 years of age or older to enter. Draw will be made on or about 8:00pm on Tuesday, September 25 from all entries received prior to that time. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 24 hours from emails being received. This contest is open to residents of Ontario only.
