Where to find a good cobbler (shoes, not dessert) in Ottawa

Shoe repair shops are disappearing from our city, and one of the questions we get asked somewhat often at OttawaStart is where to find a good cobbler in Ottawa.  Here are some recommendations from our Twitter readers:
