PHOTO: Amazing shot of lightning from Friday night
Here's an amazing photo of lightning during last night's storm, taken by Michelle Clark. It's looking north west, with Wellington Street and Hintonburg in the foreground. She enhanced the photo a bit, adjusting clarity and contrast with an iPhone app -- here's the original. (Republished here with her kind permission.)

Nice catch on the photo!
ReplyDeleteAnd THIS is why I completely unplug my main editing computer and media store in the worst of the storms. I was only blocks away from this. Yikes.
(and yes, I have a high-end UPS isolating all my servers and workstations, but if lightning hits too close... good luck.)
